Okay so I’m not going to lie, Im not overweight or even that unhealthy in my eating habits. I have always been the type of girl that can litterally eat anything and it barely shows (mainly because of my height) lately however ive begun to notice that whilst im not “fat”, I’m definately not thin and it would do me no harm whatsoever to be slightly more aware of what I eat.
I am very tall 5ft 11 so I suppose I am quite self consious… recently I went on holiday and whilst looking back at the photos I felt physically sick….I looked like a giant and it was time to do something about it.
All the food I eat is organic, it is also mostly home grown and home made. Both of my parents are very good cooks, this means that avoiding food is not really an option. So my biggest meals tend to be in the evening.
I also eat an awful lot of fruit and I know that I dont log my exercise but I do a heck of a lot! We live on a farm so when I’m not running around helping my mum, I’m riding my horse:)
